Lead project manager for Symphony+ (Symphony Plus), a brand-new streaming and virtual concert hall experience, and architect of branded services, trademarking the new services and providing high-quality customer service to new and existing patrons. Leveraged social media and email marketing via MailChimp to distribute new digital content on free and paid platforms.
Notable Highlights: Exceeded budgeted Symphony+ goal by 109%; developed and managed video content style guide (2019); led #GivingTuesday campaign on social channels and exceeded goal by 93% to support education programs.

I regularly partnered with accounting vendors and colleagues for accurate budgeting and invoicing, tracked gift certificate redemption per GAAP and Maryland regulations, and conducted end-of-month and annual audits.

Directed and handled timely gift entry, generated and mailed acknowledgment letters, consistently ensured accurate donor information in the CRM to reflect preferred names on acknowledgment letters, ensured accurate donor recognition in the printed program, assisted with donor segmentation and reports, and supported donations over the phone.
Notable Highlights: Increased end-of-year giving by 74% in 2020 through segmentation and strong storytelling; Implemented suggested donations with online ticket purchases to increase giving; Led team in ticket donation strategy for concerts canceled due to COVID, with 80% of patrons donating tickets to the symphony.

Developed and elevated the special events program and improved the patron experience at concert-related receptions and other donor events surrounding performances or other fundraising initiatives.
I orchestrated every detail—coordinated volunteers, designed invitations, tracked RSVPs, greeted guests, conducted site visits, created event nametags, handled catering and other rentals, created donor recognition signage for special events, and ensured seamless experiences for top donors. Managed the collaboration and relationship with the Friends of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra (FASO) to support their fundraising events.
